William Boettcher
Chief Executive Officer
William began his education at University of Wisconsin Whitewater in which he made the Dean’s List his first semester. He then transferred to UW-Milwaukee where he received a BBA in Marketing and International Business Certificate. He began his career with Direct Supply in Marketing Product Management and Software Support. He then moved on to operations for Brookdale Senior Living working with proprietary web-based software programs, Oracle, Coupa and Windows. His latest position is for JRP Enterprises as their Chief Operations Manager.
Eric Johnson
Chief Operations Officer/Senior Chemist
Eric graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Chemistry. He has been a lead product development chemist for a Wisconsin based chemical manufacturer and distributor supporting their agriculture, sulfur, and industrial businesses. His major responsibilities include project and product management, research and development, instrumental analysis, and continuous improvement. All these activities are accomplished through adherence to cGMP/cGLP best practices and QA/QC protocols.
Ryan Pattee
Chief Financial Officer
Ryan began his career as the founding member and CEO of Commercial Bargains Inc. He passionately ran the company from 2004-2013. In 2010, 2011, and 2012 the company made the Inc 5000 three years in a row. The company was given the ranking of 1028 fastest growing companies in the US. He sold the company in 2013 and shifted his focus to commercial real estate development. Ryan is a board member for both Milwaukee Crime Stoppers and a 2020 recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award in Milwaukee.
John Crockett
Chief Technology Officer
John graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering with a BS in Electrical Engineering, minor in Physics/Math. He is a licensed Professional Engineer that has been in the industry for over 15 years. In that time, he has obtained twelve US patents on products developed for various companies and started his own Engineering Consulting business with focus on Law Enforcement and Green Energy Technology.
